I used the Cocoa Cafe Collection from Close To My Heart, as well as, Dimensional Elements Fresh Shapes (Z119), Pure Love Stamp Set (C1270), Silver Hinges(Z291), Sweet Leaf Spirals and Cocoa Grosgrain Ribbon(Z1100). I just attached the two costers with the Hinges and the ribbon. Very Simple!
