Every year my husband's company holds it's Christmas Party and of course we are the ones that take the pictures. This is our way of getting to meet everybody and we have a blast. My husband at the beggining always takes a picture of me, by myself, while he sets the camera and after I look at the picture I immediately start thinking of how many pounds I have to loose for the New Year. Whatever it takes for you to motivate yourself, may it a be a picture, poem, quote or a drawing, put it somewhere where you see it daily. Set realistic goals and see yourself accomplishing them.
